Department information
Through creative partnerships, Gikendaasowin (knowledge) Lac du Flambeau Tribal Education Department provides learning opportunities to promote and enhance the educational and cultural growth of the Lac du Flambeau community.
Johnson O’Malley Program:
Per BIA guidelines (25 CFR 273), the Lac du Flambeau Tribe’s Johnson O’Malley (JOM) Program serves eligible Native American students ages 3 through grade 12.
The goal of JOM is to provide resources to eligible students in order to meet their unique and specialized educational needs that will help them stay in school and increase their chances of success.
